Refund policy

 

CUSTOMER EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY GENERAL PROVISIONS

At Momo Lifestyle, we always strive to provide our customers with innovative high quality products that simplify your daily life. Despite this, we understand that situations may occasionally occur whereby merchandise purchased may be defective.

To guarantee customer satisfaction and maintain transparency together with our customers, we have created our exchange and returns policy based on an honest, self reporting system.

Cases concerning exchanges or returns must be reported to our Customer Service Center either via our online returns form, email to care@momo-lifestyle.com, or via the following telephone number (305) 929 8850.

The following claims cannot be processed: Returns of non-defective products where intent to return is provided more than 30 calendar days after carrier delivery; returns of non-defective products that are return shipped more than 30 days after carrier delivery; returns of non-defective products that were not purchased from this website; products no longer covered by our product warranty; claims where no items and accompanying accessories are returned to Momo Lifestyle LLC; claims without proof of corresponding purchase; and all claims without a corresponding officially registered claim as per the aforementioned methods of communication in the preceding paragraph.

It is important that you always verify the state of your goods upon delivery by the carrier.

You should refuse acceptance of the product in any of the following cases below:

Open or damaged packaging;
Defective product;
Product not in conjunction with the order;
Missing accessories.


 

If you accepted the delivery of a defective product, please kindly contact our Customer Service Center as soon as possible, and we shall take care of your claim with the utmost professionalism.

In order to obtain replacement products under the Momo Lifestyle warranty, the defective products must be delivered to the company's fulfillment warehouse, as nominated by the fulfillment provider and to be advised by the company.

The scope of the Warranty includes labor, replacement parts, and/or brand new replacement products. The warranty does not include the costs of receiving and shipping the product. For the Warranty to be valid, the product must itself comply with the following conditions:

a) Must have been properly installed during use;
b) Has not been used for commercial purposes;
c) Has not been altered or modified;
d) Has not been involved in any accident, fall, or misuse;
e) Has not been used for improper purposes other than its intended function;
f) Has not been affected by any force majeure or natural disasters;

 

Defective products returned that comply with the aforementioned criteria will be covered by our 12 month (1 year) Warranty, and a solution shall be provided, which may be any of the following we see fit as per our sole discretion:

1) Repair of the product;
2) Replacement with a new product;
3) Refund of the product's value.

 

We emphasize that:

- If returning non-defective item(s), buyers must inform us of their intent to do so within 30 days from the date of carrier delivery, and return shipping of such non-defective products must occur within 30 calendar days from the date of carrier delivery.
- All associated return shipping costs of non-defective products are at the buyer's expense. The product(s) must be sent back to us in a new, unused & resellable condition, inside their original packaging, without any signs of use, without violating the original seal, and accompanied by any invoice, manual, and all accessories originally included. Non defective item returns not adhering to these conditions and/or without proof of corresponding purchase as well as a corresponding officially registered claim communicating intent to return such items within 30 days of carrier delivery as per the aforementioned methods of communication set out in these terms and conditions will not be refunded.



- If the product(s) purchased are defective, please contact our Customer Service Center as soon as possible. Please note that all defective product return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. Defective products received at our Distribution Center are analyzed according to the defects reported by the customer.


- Momo Lifestyle reserves the right to issue refunds, replacement products, store credits, or product repairs at its sole discretion. Such refunds, replacement products, or store credits are final, and no further warranty claims can subsequently be made on such replacement products or products purchased with store credits.

- The timeline for Momo Lifestyle to complete a refund, product exchange, or warranty claim communicated to our Customer Service Center is 30 (thirty) consecutive days, counted from the date of receipt of the merchandise at our fulfilment centre. 


Please note* Momo Lifestyle LLC will not refund the value of any shipping paid to return products under any circumstances.



 

IF WE ARE PROVIDING YOU WITH A REFUND:

- The refund will be made for the total amount of the product(s) returned.

- We reserve the right not to refund products that clearly show signs of misuse.

- We refund the amounts paid using the same payment method chosen in the purchase process.
- Refunds will be completed within 30 (thirty) consecutive days from the date of receipt of merchandise at our fulfilment center.
